With our Corporate Social Value (CSV) initiatives, we're dedicated to positively impacting over a million lives by 2030, channelling efforts into diverse developmental programs.

WelShiksha

WelShiksha is dedicated to transforming education through technology by digitalizing govt. school classrooms to create optimal learning environments. In addition to digitalization, our initiatives encompass remedial classes, Digital Content curriculumn based, teacher trainings, pre vocational & vocational skills training in allign with NEP 2020, Career Guidance, activity-based learning, student exposure events, Science Experimental Learning, Maths Fair, Spoken English, Life skill workshops, Shala Praveshotsav – Distribution of Educational Kits, WASH Program in Schools, School Management Committee Members capacity building, Community workshops, Safe Drinikng Water at Govt Schools, Waste Management and School Wall painting – BaLA Concept and emphasizing digital learning welspun foundation is moving towards teaching Coding & AI to Govt students. These efforts aim to raise awareness and support for education, emphasizing its critical role. WelShiksha empowers learners and educators with cutting-edge digital solutions. With 790+ classrooms digitized and over 180,000+ students impacted, along with training provided to 3,000+ government teachers, we are committed to expanding our impact and enhancing educational opportunities across communities.

VedVidyalaya

VedVidyalaya is dedicated to preserving and promoting India’s rich Vedic heritage by providing quality education rooted in traditional knowledge. Established in Anjar, Kutch, in collaboration with Maharishi Ved Vyasa Pratisthan – Pune, the institution nurtures young minds in Vedic studies while ensuring holistic development. The program enrolls students between the ages of 10 to 12 who have completed at least the 5th grade and possess a strong foundation in Hindi reading, writing, and comprehension.

With a focus on immersive learning, VedVidyalaya provides a structured curriculum that deepens students’ understanding of Vedic scriptures, rituals, and traditional practices. The initiative not only equips them with spiritual wisdom but also helps develop discipline, critical thinking, and a sense of cultural responsibility. So far, six students have completed their studies, and six others have pursued advanced Vedic education outside the institution. Through VedVidyalaya we remain dedicated to empowering the next generation of scholars and preserving India’s Vedic traditions.

WelNetrutva

WelNetrutva program is dedicated to empowering women/Farmers in rural communities through sustainable livelihood generation and its impact on improved healthcare of communities. By expanding farm and non-farm opportunities for women/farmers and self-help groups (SHGs), we have supported 370+ women entrepreneurs across over 120+ villages, positively impacting 71,000+ individuals. This initiative is pivotal in fostering sustainable livelihoods and economic empowerment at the grassroots level, aiming to uplift communities through comprehensive support. Our efforts are not only enhancing economic stability but also promoting community resilience and well-being. Through this integrated approach, we are committed to creating sustainable positive change in rural areas, ensuring a brighter future for all stakeholders involved.

Welspun Super Sports Women Program

The Welspun Super Sports Women Program empowers female athletes from underprivileged backgrounds to excel in sports and become catalysts for positive change. Our journey has already seen 600+ medals across 20+ sporting disciplines, achieved by 50+ athletes. We are committed to nurturing their potential and fostering them as future leaders and role models for our nation.

WelSwasthya

Wel Swashtya project aims to empower women in specific locations through enhanced healthcare services, focusing on preventive and curative measures for adolescent girls and women. Our initiatives include health awareness in schools, Rasoi demonstrations for healthy diets, capacity building of frontline workers, Asha and Anganwadi workers and screening programs for anemia, malnutrition, RTI/STI, cervical and breast cancer, lifestyle diseases, TB awareness, and menstrual health management. We also celebrate special health awareness days such as No Tobacco Day, AIDS Day, Breastfeeding Week, and Nutrition Month in collaboration with the government. Welspun promotes Nutrition Gardens to ensure access to vegetables for healthy living practices. This program enhances healthcare practices in rural areas through regular community health camps, OPDs, and mobile medical units reaching remote villages. Our goal is to achieve improved healthcare outcomes and empower communities economically. With these efforts, we have positively impacted over 317,000 individuals across 165+ villages, aiming for lasting positive changes in rural well-being and economic stability.

WelSuraksha

WelSuraksha aims to reduce road accidents and enhance emergency response services through extensive road safety awareness and certified training programs for communities residing near highways. This initiative addresses the critical need to improve safety measures and preparedness for accident cases. Recognizing the devastating impact of road accidents, WelSuraksha is committed to fostering a culture of safety and responsibility among community members. Already, we have trained 1.30+ Lakhs individuals, with ongoing efforts to extend our reach and impact. Our goal is to empower more communities with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent accidents and respond effectively in emergencies.

WelPrakruti

Welspun's green initiatives focus on mitigating climate change and preserving the environment for a sustainable future. Our efforts include expanding watersheds, planting trees, organizing beach clean-ups, and leading cleanliness campaigns such as Swachh Bharat. Additionally, we undertake projects like pond deepening and community garden development, revitalizing Dustbine to Govt schools to embrace nature conservation efforts.

WelKrishi

Wel-Krishi program fosters collaboration between our teams and farming communities across multiple states and regions including Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana, Aurangabad, and Odisha. This initiative employs an integrated approach, focusing on educating farmers to improve crop yields, facilitating access to government schemes, and providing crucial on-field support through experienced professionals. With a reach spanning 450+ villages and impacting over 98,000+ farmers and farmworkers, Wel-Krishi aims to significantly enhance crop productivity and ensure that farmers benefit from essential governmental initiatives. We understand that the well-being and success of farmers are pivotal for the overall prosperity of our nation.

We Volunteer

We-Volunteer embodies our organization's commitment to supporting and inspiring employees to contribute to their communities for mutual benefit. Acknowledging the value of volunteering, we are proud to note the active involvement of over 4,500+ employees, who have collectively contributed more than 9,200+ volunteering hours. This initiative underscores our dedication to nurturing and empowering the communities we are a part of. Through these efforts, we aim to make a positive impact and strengthen relationships within the areas we serve. Our commitment to volunteerism reflects our core values and enhances our role as responsible corporate citizens.
